Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any photographs is prohibited. Clients may not edit, crop, or alter images without prior written consent from Roselle Hernandez. Proper credit to the photographer is required where images are shared online or in print.
All deliverables, timelines, and expectations for photo shoots are discussed prior to booking and confirmed in writing. Failure to adhere to agreed-upon schedules or requirements may result in rescheduling fees or changes to deliverables. Clients are encouraged to clarify any expectations before the shoot.
Roselle Hernandez is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather or unforeseen events affecting the shoot. Any updates to these terms will be published on this website. By using these services, you acknowledge and accept all conditions regarding photography intellectual property, usage, and artistic discretion.
Photography Terms and Conditions
By booking a photography session with Roselle Hernandez, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These conditions are designed to protect both the photographer’s and client’s rights, and are applicable to all photographic services provided.
All images created by Roselle Hernandez remain intellectual property of the photographer unless expressly transferred in writing. Usage rights granted to clients are limited to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Commercial or third-party use of photographs requires explicit, separate licensing.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing necessary information for the shoot, and communicating all requirements in advance. Artistic interpretation and editing are at the sole discretion of the photographer. While requests may be considered, all final images reflect the photographer’s artistic style. Disclaimers: No raw images are provided, and delivered photos may be color corrected, retouched, or artistically edited. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
