Image rights, Responsibilities, and Disclaimers

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any photographs is prohibited. Clients may not edit, crop, or alter images without prior written consent from Roselle Hernandez. Proper credit to the photographer is required where images are shared online or in print.

All deliverables, timelines, and expectations for photo shoots are discussed prior to booking and confirmed in writing. Failure to adhere to agreed-upon schedules or requirements may result in rescheduling fees or changes to deliverables. Clients are encouraged to clarify any expectations before the shoot.

Roselle Hernandez is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather or unforeseen events affecting the shoot. Any updates to these terms will be published on this website. By using these services, you acknowledge and accept all conditions regarding photography intellectual property, usage, and artistic discretion.

Copyright and licensing

All images created by Roselle Hernandez remain intellectual property of the photographer unless expressly transferred in writing. Usage rights granted to clients are limited to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Commercial or third-party use of photographs requires explicit, separate licensing.

Print sales

Prints purchased through the shop are produced to order. Please allow up to three weeks for production and delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days for prints damaged in transit.

Commissions

By booking a photography session with Roselle Hernandez, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in the fully-executed agreement, and acknowledge that a deposit is required to secure your session. These conditions are designed to protect both the photographer’s and client’s rights, and are applicable to all photographic services provided.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. While effort is taken to keep information accurate, no warranties of any kind are offer, and all liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
